Erste Ausgabe. Französischsprachige Ausgabe. Einband nur leicht berieben und am Rücken gering gedunkelt. Name von alter Hand in Tinte auf Vortitel. Seitenstege minimal stockfleckig, die ersten und letzten Blätter leicht angerändert durch die Farbe der Schnittverzierung und vereinzelt leicht staubschmutzig, ansonsten sehr gutes Exemplar.
Leather binding of the time with rich blind and gold stamping, marbled endpapers, and marbled edges. First edition. French-language edition. Binding lightly rubbed with slight darkening to the spine. Name in ink from an earlier hand on the front flyleaf. Margins lightly foxed, with the first and last leaves slightly altered by the colour of the edge decoration and a few pages with light dust staining, otherwise fine copy.
