Einband lichtrandig, ansonsten sehr gutes Exemplar mit Heliogravüren in schönem kräftigem Abdruck.
Signed custom binding by Franz Lysakowski in half-leather, with richly gilt spine, gilt fillets to the covers, and floral decorated endpapers. Top edge gilt, other edges untrimmed. Number 459 of 1000 copies of the total edition. With 12 heliogravures after Franz von Bayros, on plates with tissue guards. Binder’s ticket of Franz Lysakowski, Vienna, on the inner edge of the rear cover. Wide-margined copy on Van Gelder handmade paper, with untrimmed edges. Binding slightly faded, otherwise fine copy with the heliogravures in strong impressions.
